That exciting and joyous moment on Wednesday was for his birthday. Interestingly, associates, professional colleagues in the pen profession, family members, players in the real estate business in the Gateway State and friends in their scores, including former House of Representatives member, Hon. His 43rd birthday is significant and a huge milestone too in that he was part of the recent Hajji in April to the Holy Land, which upon successful completion, positioned him on a higher spiritual pedestal in Islamic faith.

In acknowledgement of the hand of the Gracious, Merciful and Benevolent Allah upon his life, the birthday bash event took off with a prayer at the newly built Mosque inside Iwe - Iroyin House, where he was a pivotal force to its actualization.

Adeyemo facilitated the building of the Mosque with assistance from Muslim brothers and sisters.

He was full of praises to Almighty Allah for the grace to complete the worship centre in spite of paucity of funds and low funding expected from donors.

The Pelican-Valley Estate CEO took up the project as a challenge that must be accomplished in a record time after he was appointed the building committee chairman.

He said, "We did fundraising for the mosque, we were able to realize about Three hundred Thousand Naira (N300,000), with Allah's assistance, we had to put it on our shoulder by adding the balance of over Three million Naira to ensure that we delivered as promised.

He called on politicians and well to do individuals to take issues of masses welfare as a priority, saying that the situation in the country calls for people to be their brothers keeper.

Also, at the Pelican Valley where the birthday reception took place, the CEO in his characteristics of putting smiles on people's faces, gifted a branded car valued at N4.5m to the Pelican brand Ambassador, Pa Kayode Samuel Olasehinde, a.k.a Pa James even as guests were treated to sumptuous local and foreign dishes with first choice wine and assorted drinks.

Besides, apart from the car gift, a plot of land worth N3million naira was also added to the joy of Pa James who also doubles as Pa Ajirebi.

The recipient attended the ceremony with his wife and son.

The elated brand Ambassador commended Dr Adeyemo for his kind gesture, saying he has brought enormous value to the nation's real estate business.

Pa James said Adeyemo had also impacted positively on his live.

The celebrant, who was visibly elated, thanked God for sustaining him in the last 43 years.

He said,” for 43 years he has been moulding and reconstructing me. He encouraged me to be the man I am today”.

"Today is highly symbolic for me, the mosque is so synonymous and the most important for me.As pelican is, we are known for doing whatever we say, and today that's why we made the prayer at the mosque.

"The landscape in Pelican is something that you cannot see anywhere. Pa Ajirebi is an humble man and someone that is not really after money. I am doing this business not for money. You can't see real estate company in this kind of difficult terrain, but Godhas used us to turn a rejected stone to a corner stone at Pellican-Valley......where unusual homes happen.

"We are not just here to make money we are in real estate to make the difference. As you see our landscape is extraordinary.

"Baba Ajirebi has humility, to me, humility is everything I dont believe in Advertising and land is not something that you are suppose to be advertising. We don't do Adverts, all  my clients are my Ambassador. Everyone that has ever bought plots in Pelican Valley advertises for me.

"Pelican brief is our newest baby, we have over 1000 Nigerians in diaspora who had already subscribed to it. Pelican brief is where we want to ignite a smart city.By September 11, we will be launching Pelican's Ecostay Apartments and our farm Estate, The Pelican's Greenish acres. The pre launch sales is on already and trust me, we are almost sold out on the new products."
