Bees Kill Sickle Cell Anaemia Patient In Kano

A swarm of bees have attacked and killed one Ismail Hussaini, a pupil of Yanoko Nomadic Primary school, Tofa local government area of Kano State.

The bees mobbed the boy on Thursday, on the eve of Children's Day.

An uncle of the deceased, Sanusi Dawakintofa, said his nephew could not outrun the attacking bees due to broken limb.

Dawakintofa explained that the boy had 
 had a broken limb following complications arising from sickle cell anaemia.

The village head of the town Habibu Bello (Sarkin Fulanin Yanoko) also confirmed the incident, according to premium times in its report.

According to the uncle, late Hussaini was rushed to Tofa General Hospital where he died on Thursday afternoon.
