Again, Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, the owner of Pelican Valley Estate and Pelican - Brief - all in Ogun State, Nigeria, stamped its authority boldly as holding the ace in the real estate sector of the state with its being crowned the 'Real Estate Company of The Year 2021.' 

The award is anchored on the firm's continuous impressive performance in the nation's real estate industry.

Earlier in December, Pelican-Valley Nigeria Limited also won the Real Estate Company of the Year 2021 Award.

The foremost real estate company beats scores of other major players in the sector to clinch the position vested on her last year by Gateway Business Awards in recognition of her outstanding performance and unique commitment to addressing the housing needs of Nigerians.

However, the latest honour and award  came from the stable of the Dynamic Films Makers on Sunday in Abeokuta, the state capital, at a ceremony well graced by eminent dignitaries, including the Force Public Relations Officer(FPRO), Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi.

Presenting the award to the CEO of Pelican-Valley Nigeria Ltd, Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, the group said the award is meant to spur the company to do more good works for the society and commended it for impacting positively on  humanity.

"By awarding Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited with the real Estate of the year award, we hope that it can be motivated to continue to make progress in real estate business.

"It is to show appreciation to the company for the hard work they have put in, and the sacrifices they have made. This is one of the ways to separate the best from the good.

"As for Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo, we have seen his achievements in real estate sector, what happens today is to show to others about Pelican Valley achievements, and we intend to motivate him  to improve on what they are known for," the group said.

Responding, Adeyemo appreciated the group - Dynamic Films Makers, for the honour bestowed on the company and dedicated it to God for his mercy and benevolence.  

The broadcast journalist - turned real estate player also dedicated the award to his beloved late father, recalling that the man devoted all his resources towards caring for the less privilege members of the society to the extent that he could not own a personal house till he departed the world to be with his Maker.

On the award, he told The Daily Crucible that it was one of the series of recognitions that comes the way of Pelican Valley as a real estate company in the Gateway State, reiterating the company's commitment to going extra miles to satisfy her numerous clients.

"The award came to us based on what we have done in terms of customers satisfaction, our goodwill, as the leading real estate sector in the State and many others. We will continue to hammer on that as we cannot afford to fail our clients.

This is a wonderful achievements and we really appreciate it. With this award, we have not gotten to the peak, but it's a challenge to do more, we will focus on our plans and projections and we are patiently working to achieving those goals and aspirations.

"We are ready to do more, like for example, what we have done in Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, where unusual things happen, cannot be found in any other real estate company in Nigeria. Our landscape in Pelican Valley is incomparable in the entire Southwest and Nigeria in general. We are ready to go extra mile to getting our clients satisfied.
