Police Exams : Lagos CP Inspects Venue, Fortifies Security

•All For COVID - 19 Protocol

The Commisioner of Police, Lagos State, Hakeem Odumosu, on Thursday personally assessed the venue of the  Computer Based Test(CBT) examination for the Nigeria Police Regular Course 8 Intakes at JKK House, No 229, Ikorodu Road, Ilupeju, Lagos State, to ensure hitch-free and well-organized exceercise that meets COVID - 19 safety protocols.

Odumosu charged the applicants and those involved in the exercise to observe COVID-19 protocols as prescribed by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control(NCDC) and admonished the applicants to follow, strictly, the examination rules and regulations as stipulated by the management of the Police Academy,  Wudil  Kano.  

Ahead of the commencement of the examination, the Commissioner of Police also deployed adequate police personnel for protection of lives and property of the applicants and examiners at the centre, considering the large number (turn-out)of the applicants from within and outside Lagos State

The Lagos Police chief  was accompanied by a delegate of examiners from the Police Academy,Wudil, Kano, including ACP AbdulSalam Alade,  the Assistant Commissioner of Police,  Legal Studies, Dr Boumo Ezombi, Lecturer at the Police Academy, ACP John Zongo,  the Area Commander Area F, Ikeja, and some operational officers in the area.

In a release by the Lagos Command's Public Relations Officer, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, a Superintendent of Police(SP), the Commissioner, Hakeem Odumosu, reaffirmed the readiness of the Inspector-General of Police, IGP Mohammed Abubakar Adamu, to have a world class and standardized  police institution in Nigeria through reorganised recruitment exercises.
