The Dethroned Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi II, has arrived Loko, a town in Nasarawa State, where he would spend the rest of his life in exile.

Sanusi who has since accepted the fate that fell him as what Allah ordained and even proceeding to urge his supporters to accept Aminu Ado Bayero, and show allegiance to him as their new Emir of Kano Emirate, arrived the serene Loko town in Nassarawa, according to the town's  traditional ruler, Abubakar Ahmed Sabo.

Abubakar confirmed that the embattled Sanusi arrived his Palace in Loko at 3 a.m. on Tuesday.

“Yes, Emir Sanusi is in my palace. He arrived this morning around 3 a.m., but no one will be allowed to speak with him,” he said.

However, after his brief stop over at Loko, he was conveyed in a chopper before dawn to a more sequestered area  - remote and undisclosed, where accessibility by sight, telephony, digital or otherwise would be herculean by outsiders save through guided contacts approved by the authority.

The Daily Crucible gathered the essence is to ensure that he does not access the world with ease to keep dishing out his Western idealogies lest he wins more national and global sympathy.

It was learnt later that following the intervention of prominent Northerners who prevailed on Governor Umar Ganduje to relax the Kano State  government's decision to exile Sanusi to a remote area and allow the Nasarawa Government to resettle him at Awe town, where he could still enjoy some modicum of basic amenities.

The Kano State Government on Monday dethroned Sanusi,  accusing the former governor of Central Bank of "total disrespect to lawful instructions from the Office of the state Governor and other lawful authorities."
