INEC Moves  Sensitive Materials To Ogun 20 LGAs Ahead Of Tomorrow Polls




A source close to the Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) has revealed that the Commission has completed the sorting of sensitive materials for the Presidential and National Assembly elections at the Central Bank of Nigeria(CBN), Abeokuta, Ogun state, on Friday morning.

The Source added that the materials  have also  been moved immediately to the 20 Local Government Areas of Ogun State, ahead of tomorrow's polls.

The Daily Crucible gathered that the sorting exercise commenced by 3:30pm on Thursday and was completed this morning with members of the Inter Parties Advisory Council(IPAC), Operatives of the Nigeria Police Force(NPF), Department of State Service(DSS) and Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) witnessing it throughout the night at the CBN facility.

Others on ground to witness it included the  representatives of political parties, Observers, CBN officials and Independent National Electoral Commission(INEC) officials under the leadership of the Resident Electoral Commissioner, Ogun State, Prof.Abdulganiy Olayinka Raji.
