Burna Boy Declines To Join Sowore For October 1st Protest

Says :  I Don't Trust Nigerian Politicians

Reigning Nigerian singer and songwriter, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, professionally known as Burna Boy, has declined invitation by Revolution Now convener, Omoyele Sowore, to  him in his October 1 peaceful protest.

Sowore who participated in the 2019 presidential election but lost to the incumbent, President Muhammadu Buhari, had invited Burna Boy via the Twitter to join the planned October 1 rally but the singer flatly declined, saying he does not trust Nigerian politicians.

Multiple awards winning singer who rose to prominence in 2012 after releasing "Like to Party," humans, particularly politicians are funny.

"Everybody is a Fela fan and supporter now that he is dead. Humans are so Funny, You politicians are ALL the same (especially in Nigeria) and Frankly I don’t trust none of you.@YeleSowore," he tweeted.
