OGHA Ex - Speaker, Muyiwa, Rates Pelican Valley Estate High

                                    •Hon. Muyiwa

From Heritage Odih,

Former Speaker of the Ogun state House of Assembly, Bashorun Muyiwa Oladipo, has hailed the level of property investments springing up at the Pelican Valley Estate, describing it as initiatives that would help address the housing needs of people by encouraging them to invest within the estate.

The upscale property development arena, free of encumberances, is located at the  Oke-mosan corridor of Kobape Road, Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital. It is a private initiative and its immediate neighbour is the Buckswood British Academy, Abeokuta.

Hon. Muyiwa, who was a former Commissioner for Culture and Tourism, toured the site recently, commending the promoter, Tunde Adeyemo, for his passion for building a world-class estate.

He said: "I must also commend the promoter of this estate for his vision and passion to build a world-class estate. Tunde is indeed a realtor per excellence!"

Earlier, the Estate  elicited not a small  excitement this Yuletide from Nigerians  in diaspora, including Canadian based Uthman, who were marvelled at the development going on within it, particularly, the aesthetics, the comfort and serenity it promises.

Uthman, despite his acquaintance with the beauties of property abroad with their architectural wonders, could not resist the inviting panoramic view of the Pelican Valley Estate in Ogun State, Nigeria, and its accessibility yet free from the traffic bedlam that is the undoing of some found in places  like Lagos, Abuja and Port - Harcourt.

The Daily Crucible  captures Uthman's impression of the  Pelican Valley Estate.

"Pelican Valley Estate, to me, is a perfect location where one, who desires beautiful scenery and panoramic view can build his home! I have found its location suitable - quiet and serene, green environment and free from traffic bedlam.

"The icing on the cake for potential home owners at Pelican Valley is the landscape and its proximity to the modern Lagos-Ibadan train service. So, for me, Pelican Valley is the right place to be," he said.
