Remaining ISIS - Held Territory In Syria Will Fall Tonight - Trump

President Donal Trump on Wednesday declared that the remaining ISIS - held spot in war - torn Syria would be taken out by troops this night.

Already 400 troops are stationed in Syria as part of strategies to accomplish the said objective.

Trump also unveiled a new map that showed ISIS-controlled territory in Syria had been retaken on his watch as commander in chief and said its remaining stronghold would be freed “tonight.”

The map, he told reporters outside the White House before departing on a visit to Ohio, showed land held by the murderous caliphate marked in red.

“I brought this out for you because this is a map of everything in the red — this was on election night in 2016. Everything red is ISIS,” Trump said.

“When I took it over it was a mess. Now on the bottom, that’s the exact same [territory]. There is no red. In fact, there’s actually a tiny spot which will be gone by tonight,” he continued.

“So that’s ISIS, red right there and the bottom one is how it is today. This just came out 20 minutes so this is ISIS on election day, my election day, and this is ISIS now. So that’s the way it goes.”

The US has made eradicating ISIS’ caliphate in Iraq and Syria a top priority after the jihadi cutthroats seized huge swaths of land and even started their own government.

But the US intelligence community agrees that ISIS remains a worldwide threat despite the destruction of the caliphate.

The US plans to keep 400 troops in Syria indefinitely.
